بيان الى الرأي العام حول مقتل الجنود الكورد في الجيش السوري

يا أبناء شعبنا الكردي .
يا أنصار الحرية والديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان في كل مكان .
أيها الوطنيون الشرفاء في سوريا .
بين الفينة والأخرى يضاف اسم شهيد إلى قافلة شهداء شبابنا الكردي ، نتيجة الممارسة العنصرية والبغيضة من قبل حكومة البعث والتي مورست على هيئة حلقاتٍ من مسلسل خلال تأديتهم للخدمة الإلزامية في معسكرات الجيش السوري ، حيث يتم تفريغ الحقد الدفين تجاه الكورد بقتلهم مع حرمان ذويهم من معرفة أسباب استشهادهم ، وبحرمان الأمهات الثكلى من تقبيل جباه فلذات اكبادهم ، وحتى من إلقاء نظرة الوداع على جثامين أحبائها ، حيث يتم مرافقة الجثامين مسؤولين من الاجهزة الامنية والعسكرية ، وتجبر العائلات على دفن احبائها سريعاً وبسرية تامة حتى لاتنكشف الأمور عن الكثير من الحقائق لكافة الناس ، إضافة الى ما يمارس من ضغط وتهديد على ذوي هؤلاء الشهداء في حال البوح بأية اخبار عن حالة وفاة ابنهم ، مع العلم أن البعض من تلك العوائل قد تمكنت من مشاهدة جثامين ابنائها ووجدت أثاراً للتعذيب على أجسادهم ، والتمثيل بالبعض الأخر ، وحتى لحظة اعداد هذه البيان يكون قد وصل عدد الشهداء الى34 شاباً كردياً لقوا حتفهم بصور متشابهة وبطريقة واحدة ، وذلك حسب شهادات معظم منظمات حقوق الانسان ، وبالاستناد الى المصادر والمعلومات التي بحوزتنا ، فإن هؤلاء الشباب لم يستشهدوا في أعمال حربية أو في جبهات القتال ، وإنما في الثكنات العسكرية وفي المهاجع وأماكن الحراسة خلال تواجدهم لتأدية واجب الخدمة الالزامية .

ونؤكد كما في كل مرة أن انتشار ظاهرة التصفية الجسدية ، بدأت تنفذ كجزء من سلسلة بحق أبناء شعبنا الكردي في غرب كردستان ، كجريمة سياسية منظمة منذ انتفاضة آذار المجيدة مدللة على مدى الحقد الشوفيني و العنصري لدى النظام واجهزته القمعية تجاه الكورد ، فهذه التصفيات تعبر وبما لا يدع مجال للشك عن رؤية انتقامية وثأرية تطال معظم فئات وشرائح المجتمع الكردي ، حيث بلغ مستوى الاعتقالات والملاحقات اليومية الى درجة خطيرة ، حتى بات كل ناشط كردي ، حقوقي ، ثقافي وسياسي لا يأتمن على حياته بعد مغادرته المنزل ، ويهدف النظام من وراء ذلك الى زرع الخوف والارهاب في المنطقة الكردية ، وارغام نشطاء الحركة السياسية واطراف الحركة ، وخاصة القيادات والرموز السياسية على التراجع والقبول بالرضوخ للامر الواقع من خلال تهديدات الاجهزة الامنية المتكررة .
وإننا في حزب يكيتي الكوردستاني – منظمة أوروبا ومن موقع المسؤولية والحرص عن الدفاع عن حقوق شعبنا ، وعبر قراءتنا للمشهد والواقع الذي يمر به مصير شعبنا ، نعلن ونؤكد بأن النظام الاستبدادي الشمولي في سورية يتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن مايجري لشبابنا أثناء خدمتهم لخدمة العلم من الاغتيالات المتكررة ، وماهو إلا مخطط عنصري ممنهج هدفه النيل من عزيمة شعبنا في الدفاع عن حقوقه ونيل حريته ، حيث يعمل النظام جاهداً بكل الوسائل للقضاء على الوجود القومي للكورد كقضية أرض وشعب يعيش على أرضه التاريخية كردستان ، ويعمل أيضاً و بالتزامن مع ذلك على استثمار الورقة الكردية وتضخيمها بالخطر المزعوم على الأمن القومي العربي ، وذلك عبر إثارة النزعات العنصرية ، وخلق الفتن الطائفة من خلال تأليب العرب ضد الكورد عن طريق المزايدة بالشعارات القومجية للتغطية على فشل النظام في استرداد أو اعادة الاراضي المحتلة في جولان ولواء اسكندرونة ، فقد وضع النظام في دمشق نصب عينيه من أجل تمرير مؤامراته ، الاستفراد بالقضية الكردية ومصير شعبنا بعد أن لجأ الى فتح قنوات الحوار مع بعض اطراف واقطاب المعارضة السورية ، واستمالة البعض الآخر اليه من اجل خلط الاوراق واستغلال الوقت ، على قاعدة فرق تسد وتفكيك وحدة الصف الوطني المعارض بين مختلف المكونات والاطياف القومية ، و الطائفية ، والدينية.
إن القراءة التحليلية للمشهد السوري العام ، والوضع الكردي بشكل خاص ، يدلل على أن النظام الشوفيني في دمشق مقدم على التصعيد من وطأة سياساته العنصرية تجاه شعبنا الكردي على كافة الأصعدة ، وسوف يستمر في الاغتيالات والملاحقات اليومية ولن يتوقف عند حد ، وما هي إلا بداية لمؤامرة أعدت مسبقاً من قبل المنظمة السرية ، وسوف تنفذ وفق آليات سرية ودقيقة منبثقة عبر قرار سياسي وأمني على اعلى المستويات ، وبمشاركة واعداد المسؤول الأول عن الملف الكردي ، وبالتعاون والتخطيط مع لجنة مكونة من مجموعة مستشارين وجنرالات أمنية وباشراف مباشر من مركز القرار الرئاسي ذات الحلقة الضيقة ، حيث تم تشكيل هذه اللجنة وتوسعت صلاحياتها بعد انتفاضة آذار الباسلة وباشرت بتنفيذ مخططها ابتداء باغتيال شيخ الشهداء محمد معشوق الخزنوي .
وصحيح أن شعبنا الكردي يعيش حالة مأساوية ومشهد تراجيدي من النواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وفي ظروف وواقع مرير من الظلم والاضطهاد القومي ، ولكن لا يمكن بحال من الاحوال أمام هذه الحالة المأساوية تبرير الإستسلام والتراجع عن الخطاب السياسي والعمل النضالي من قبل بعض اطراف الحركة السياسية الكردية ، تحت ذريعة الظروف الدولية ، والعوامل الداخلية الغير مواتية ، واستبداله بالعمل على توجيه الاهتمام وتحويل الانظار الشعبي الكردي الى المرجعية السياسية ، او مؤتمر وطني كذريعة سياسية بدلاً من القيام بالتظاهرات والاحتجاجات النضالية ، وإننا نؤكد أن كل ذلك يأتي للهروب من الاستحقاقات النضالية والتملص من القرارات ونكص العهود ، وتمهيد تدريجي للدخول الى حظيرة الفكر المساوم والمهزوم والرضوخ لسياسة الامر الواقع .
وإزاء تصاعد الحقد الشوفيني وانتظارنا الشهيد تلو الشهيد فإننا نناشد ونخاطب أبناء شعبنا وأبناء جاليتنا في الخارج للقيام بمهامه القومية ، وتحمل مسؤولياته الوطنية في مواجهة مؤامرات النظام ، مؤكدين بأن شهداءنا في معسكرات الجيش السوري قد التحقوا بقافلة شهداء آذار، ونوروز ، وشيخ الشهداء محمد معشوق الخزنوي ، لذا نهيب بذوي وأقارب هؤلاء الشهداء تزويدنا بالمعلومات الكاملة على عنواننا الالكتروني المبين ادناه ليتسنى لنا التحرك وفقها ، كما نناشد في الوقن نفسه جميع منظمات حقوق الإنسان ، والقوى المحبة للحرية والسلام واصحاب القرار من اجل التدخل للضغط على النظام الاستبدادي الشوفيني لحماية شعبنا الكردي ووضع حد لحملته الهيستيرية وعدم الانفتاح والانفراج معه على حساب قضايا داخلية وحقوق الانسان وحرية التعبير عن الرأي .
